Nyurma Pamo (Swift Heroine) is one of the multiple red forms of Tara, the female buddha of enlightened activity. Meditation on this particular form helps us connect to the profound dimensions of bodhicitta–the awakened attitude in its conventional and ultimate forms—supercharging our being with the altruistic, wise resolve to be of benefit to all beings.
