Cavaliers of Fun are back and this time Ricco Vitali and Nico take you to their secret hideout. Valley of Dreams is where magic happens and there is no better place to spend the summer. Palm trees, never ending green fields, big lakes, unicorns, sunsets and rainbows. It is all about tropical space pop, hope wrapped in summer days and echoes of another time. Long lost symbols and mysteries are flying out from the chords of Nico’s guitar. Remember, home is where your heart is.

The single comes with remixes from Poindexter, Shelby Grey, Saint Pauli and Freak You, proving that the valley has something for everyone. Elegant dreamwave signed Poindexter, 80’s breakdub a la Shelby Grey, disco house by Saint Pauli and electro in its full senses build up from 90s vintage synths by Freak You.


Valley of Dreams is the first single from Cavaliers of Fun’s upcoming EP, CAMP COF which will be released during the autumn. The debut EP, Sharing Space Secrets was released in September 2011 on Holographic People

Cassette Club's glorious melodic offering, "Toy" was originally released on their eponymous standout EP on Media Blackout earlier this year. Since then, the London based combo has had a 2015 to be proud of. Supported by the great and good of the nu disco DJ world. We are delighted to announce the remix edition of "Toy" with rework treatments from iconic figures in the world of nu disco & deep house music, with three of them marking their debut on the label.

Holmes Price has had a huge string of respected and successful releases under his considerably sized belt. He caused a storm with a ready supply of rhythmic, high-energy tracks that saw releases on Continental, Mr.Carter, Heavy Disco and Blackstrobe. Holmes marks his Media Blackout outing with a trademark rip-roaring, rhythmic master class. 

From production central of Tel Aviv, B1ZB1Z need no introduction to those following the output of one of multicultural finest nu disco/deep house exponents. With great production credits to their name for the likes of Droid Bishop, Nick Force, Thomas Tonfeld and many more. Returning to Media Blackout the B1Z boys bring their considerable skill set to "Toy", making full use of their distinctive sound by reinterpreting the melodic elements with wonderful sensitivity and expertise. 

The third rework comes from none other than London based Funkovsky who is immersed in a clutch of high-caliber labels with a refreshing verve and spirit. For his "Toy" interpretation, he provides a strong crisp beat that gives force to a warm bass groove, as an ominous tone is provided by a deliciously deep string progression that reaches a crescendo against a collage of effects and crystalline lead motif. Melodic fragments trill in the foreground, as the third movement emerges triumphant against a backdrop of head-swaying percussive rhythms, before falling away and finding their way back inside the bouncing rhythmic and melodic bed that form the track's basis.

Last but not least we have the great Turkish duo Deepjack & Mr.Nu, delivering a housey remix with a big bassline and voice cuts. The duo's house music passion is in full effect as the track rises and falls in intensity with effortless ease, combined with rhythms that will have dance floors full of joy unbounded. Deep & sexy is the name of the game with their rework which delivers a bumping, grooving, jackin' house feel that will keep you moving all night long! Essential stuff that should not be missed!
