My name is Alberto Rodriguez. I was born in Escondido, CA in 1996. I began writing original rap lyrics when I was fourteen. The idea that I could even do this came from my older brother, who’d started rapping at about the same age. I reflect a lot on the the music I listened to in those days. I spent 2017 in Houston where my love for rapping was rekindled by a blessing of a friend, Kovi Amaru, as well as by attending the only concert I’ve ever been to: Kendrick Lamar’s “DAMN.” on tour. I’m Catholic. I’m Guatemalan and Puerto Rican.
