Sacrifice

Bruce Anderson is a native of Gary, Indiana. He has been involved in music since birth and began playing drums in his local church at the tender age of 3. When he was 10 he became the church's primary drummer and soon spent hours listening to Gospel and Christian songs in his free time. Some of his early inspirations were Israel Houghton, Amy Grant, Michael W. Smith, Tye Tribbett, & Donnie McClurkin. Bruce knew that there as a calling on his life to lead worship  but realized that he needed to grow in his craft before standing in front of others. Upon attending Indiana University, Bruce took voice lessons and starting singing in vocal ensembles on campus. He took the knowledge he gained in secular music to grow in his overall ability and stage performance. In 2016, Bruce was blessed enough to take on a staff position at City Church for all Nations, under the leadership of Pastor David Norris. He now serves as one of the worship leaders in one of the fastest growing churches in the state of Indiana. He is thankful for his upbringing in the church and believes that God has called the next generation to have their own unique sound, different from their parents and grandparents. “It's time to rise up and be the generation that will not stand for complacency, but will take the mission of God to an unchurched community!”
