Said she wanted curves — now she’s angles.
Sits at home, lost in tangles.
Eyes all puffy, skin like chalk,
Lips inflated — can’t even talk.

Caucasian… now she's "K-Pop chic"
But she ain’t slept in nearly a week.
Legs like straws in a paper cup,
Waddlin’ 'round with a tuck and a suck.

Side effects are the only gain —
But no fat? So she’s not complainin’!
Tummy tuck dreams, dead-eyed scrolls,
Talkin' 'bout abs while she loses her soul!
 She’s a limpet sucker, plastic gloss,
And I can't lie — she looks like a loss!
My girl's gone — and I miss her laugh…
Now she’s just filtered, fractured, half.

YouTube freaks with “sponsored deals,”
Sellin’ serotonin in glossy reels.
“Weight loss wonder!” “Just one jab!”
No mention of the panic grabs.
Nausea, vomiting, sh*tty nights,
Dizzy spells and appetite frights —
I begged her: “Eat something real!”
She said: “You're just jealous of how I feel.”

Told her she's beautiful — the kind that glows.
Now she glows like a UV rose.
Everything sharp, tight, and tweaked —
She traded her smile for plastic chic.

Syringe binge — now she’s hollowed out,
Thinks she’s hot but I’ve got doubt.
Injected lies, influencer sin —
There's no soul underneath that skin!
 She don't laugh, she don’t eat —
She just stares at her own two feet.
She’s a thumbnail now, not a friend —
And I don’t know how this ends…

I said “You were beautiful before the screen.”
But I was muted, out of frame —
