This week on Topshelf we're extremely excited to have with us French Dark Disco / Italo DJ/Producer & Garbure Co-Founder, Rem's Matinez.

Hailing from Marseille, Rem's Martinez has been honing his craft since 2014 and started to release his work a few years ago alongside one of dark disco's flag-bearer's Bonnie Spacey with their hits 'Craig', 'Killer Road' & 'Passion is Devotion' as well as remixes of JG Outsiders 'Rumore'.
Being evidently influenced by electronic music and the new wave sound of the 1980's with his tracks using moody vocals and pumping pop synths to not only encapsulate the era but to also bring it forward to the present day.

Rem's Martinez is certainly a voice in both dark disco and italo to keep an eye on and with his high pedigree in production partners having made wonders in the studio with German class act Alemao, fellow frenchmen Arvé and the previously mentioned previously mentioned Bonnie Spacey, we’re sure this is the start of a very illustrious career.
