Innitially I captured this track on a whim during a soundcheck. (You can still empathize with it: Checking the higher tones on the right side first, then the lower tones on the left – to ensure, that the mics are positioned perfectly. Finally the fortissimo to check the overdrive.)

After listening through all the recordings, that I did during the recording session, the more I listened to this soundcheck recording in particular, it revealed its real beauty to me. A real statement. A real snapshot souvenir.
