Long ago, HUMANS and MONSTERS ruled over earth.
Due to their differences, a war broke out between the two races.
It was a long, cruel war. And at its end, the humans were victorious.
The humans sealed monsters underground with a magic barrier.
A barrier that could only be broken with seven human SOULs.

Monsters spent countless years collecting SOULs from those who fell.
One by one, every human was killed by ASGORE, king of the underground.
Until six SOULs were collected, and the last human fell down.
This child made their way through the underground, wiping out a number of monsters.
With an empty heart, they put an end to five important figures.
And at the end of their adventure, they used the human SOULs to exit the underground.

The underground has been devastated since the last human left this cursed place.
Hopes and dreams of all monsters, shattered by the absence of the SOULs.
With the absence of a ruler, monsters now seek freedom by their own.
And so, the cycle will resume...

Reflecting In Multitudes

This is probably the most progressive rock-sounding song in the game, and also its longest. This song is split into two sections: the first half being an upbeat guitar solo in dorian, and the second half a "keytar" solo in minor.
