During the year of quarantine, Major7 used the time to experience and explore new directions & styles. Broadening his production and taking the opportunity to do things outside of the box.
The result is 'Like No Other' an amazing concept album that touches on lots of electronic music genres, such as progressive house, melodic techno & trance.
This is not the usual Major7 we are used to hearing during live shows. It is simply an album that Major7 created for the purpose of exploration, including collaborations with Berg, Basscannon and Tijah. 
Utilizing the time during the pandemic, taking you on a journey through new sounds and influences.

A primeira vez que ouvi o nome Tijah foi em 2013, ele estava tocando no Festival Universo Paralello e eu estava na pista curtindo. Na época eu ainda não produzia e nunca tinha ouvido Prog Dark, mas gostei muito do estilo. 6 anos depois, após eu ter feito um Remix para o Grouch, o Juliano elogiou a track e começamos a conversar bastante, viramos amigos e então, tive a honra de trabalhar nessa música com ele.

The first time I heard the name Tijah was in 2013, he was playing at the Universo Paralello Festival and I was on the dance floor enjoying it. At that time I still didn't produce and had never heard Prog Dark before, but I really liked the style. 6 years later, after I did a Remix for Grouch, Juliano praised the track and we started talking a lot, we became friends and then, I had the honor of working on this song with him.

Our psychedelic siblings at Techgnosis Records have revisited one of the biggest tracks this calendar year - 'Brainchild' and they've given it the deluxe remix treatment it's deserved. 

This week, we are extremely honoured to be showcasing one of the all-time greats, Jossie Telch. His remix is everything die hard psy-tech fans desire. The strong punchy kick, warm chuggy baseline, drippy sounds and psychedelic textures with that signature JT touch. 

Jossie's remix of 'Brainchild' is just another reason why the man is regarded as one of the best producers of our time and we are excited to be getting amongst some silly shenanigans to this track in the near future.
