Opening a new year and following on from their line for the dance floor with powerful progressive basses, of melodic house and techno, Mycelium presents Shern for one of his debut EP´s. From Medellin Colombia, a city that actually has one of the strongest electronic scenes in Latin America, Santiago aka Shern is growing producer and DJ who plays frequently.
The EP is called Eternal Universe, two words that don´t have finish, and that was his inspiration to made it. Eternal, the first track, has pulsating melodies and basses, constructed with some voice samples. Its breakdown has and architecture who calls for calm but developing to an energetic build up, with a drop prepared to the dance floor. 
Universe, uses a strong and melancholic vibe, using a bass who has moves in musical scale. The melodies are Dynamic and dance with the bass. Orchestral chords in the breakdown, mixed with Deep melodies, finish in a deep burst, and invites the crowd to continue dancing.

🔊 Progressive House Mix - Bruno Testa

Presento con entusiasmo este nuevo mix, una selección personal de 10 temas de Progressive House puro. Es un viaje  suave, manteniendo la pista en un groove profundo.

El set arranca con un toque personal del track de Yeon, que establece inmediatamente un tono melódico y envolvente. A partir de allí, el mix se construye a través de la afinación de claves (de Cm a Dbm), desde la euforia de Anjunadeep (Nordfold, Ezequiel Arias) hasta la oscuridad deep de Nightcolours (Nico Sparvieri, Jon Towell) y Univack (Roman).

El flow es casi ininterrumpido, con la única, pero poderosa, inyección de energía del clásico de House atemporal de River Ocean en la mitad del recorrido, que eleva el vibe antes de sumergirnos de nuevo en la densidad progressive.

Este set es un homenaje a mi hermano (fan del progressive house), a mi gato Tanis (que fallecio hoy) y al sonido actual del género. La mayoría de los tracks son lanzamientos de 2024 y 2025, presentando a los nombres más relevantes:

El poder latinoamericano: Productores como el talentoso argentino Ezequiel Arias, Nicolás Rada y los compatriotas Nico Sparvieri & Larrosa (AR) demuestran por qué la escena progressive de la región domina el panorama global.
