Raining on the Inside is my interpretation of how we often put on a brave face while carrying on with our daily life, masking how we are feeling inside.  By continuing in this way we are protecting our vulnerability but are probably not dealing with the issues.  By stepping back and taking time the light bulb moment often appears.

This composition tries to explore an idea of a "musical stutter", reflecting, in an abstract way, a very real condition.
And to the exploration of this concept, I've used the iPad with particular emphasis on the musical application "borderlands".
