By weaving in sounds from our Caribbean and Middle Eastern roots, we’re reclaiming space for queer, femme, and marginalized voices, reminding listeners that House was, and always will be, a force for radical inclusion, freedom, and connection. This mix brings a selection of hypnotic and psychedelic techno with driving energy. While keeping it fluid, the set features otherworldly polyrhythms, percussions, and organic textures, always looking for lysergic soundscapes.

Mattute is the project of Mateus Silva, a DJ based in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. In the musical project, via different soundscapes, with an unusual vision that transforms each of his selections into a unique experience. Mattute researches techno sounds, hypnotic grooves, leftfield techno, electro, breakbeat, and the intersections between them, merging textures and organic sounds, always seeking lysergic and psychedelia.

Mattute is the creator and mind behind Distrito Artístico, a communication platform for the local underground scene in Belo Horizonte. He works in the area of agenda, community, and radio, promoting the city's events weekly, in addition to local music production. He is a collaborator, curator, and resident DJ at Rádio Function FM and producer of the Collective Party Mokado.

Na quarta edição da série Especial, onde curadores da casa celebram grandes nomes, convidamos KNID para demonstrar um set em homenagem à icônica cantora jamaicana Jennifer Lara. A mix passa por clássicos da artista e traz uma pesquisa sensível sobre vozes femininas no reggae, atravessada por narrativas afro-diaspóricas, experimentação e memória afetiva.

KNID é DJ, artista sonora e produtora cultural paraense radicada em BH, com atuações que cruzam música, cultura e território. Atua desde 2021 como parte da Function FM e conduz o coletivo CAIXA ALTA. Seus sets transitam entre o reggae, dub, breaks e sons periféricos, com foco em narrativas que celebram herança, afeto e resistência da musicalidade jamaicana.

BRUNOSSA, born in Rio de Janeiro, is one of the most authentic voices in Brazil’s underground scene. As a DJ and producer, he crafts sonic experiences that blend techno, natural soundscapes, and hypnotic grooves with unconventional Brazilian instruments — a combination that turns the dancefloor into a space of lightness, rhythm, and freedom. His dancefloor vision gives rise to a singular aesthetic and a ritualistic approach, developing a language of his own. His productions have circulated through radios, parties, and international platforms dedicated to forward-thinking electronic music, such as Resident Advisor, The Lot Radio, HÖR, Rinse FM and Mamba Negra, gaining recognition in scenes that value unconventional sound.
