Brúo Dúo are Paloma Carrasco López and Ricardo Tejero, two musicians based in Madrid. They have been exploring the language of music played freely improvised for around 10 years and they arrived to a point where contents, sounds and forms arises just from the experience achieved during all those years of friendship and shared musicianship.
"Episodes" is their fisrt record. A work that came out of a whole session of openly improvised music. The result was about over 2 hours of music from which we choose nearly 60 minutes that turned out to be identifiable in different thematic groups according to the aesthetic of the sound, that is why we called id Episodes... of different musical landscapes.
