CHLAMYDIA first developed an interest in techno upon joining Berghain's bar
crew in 2019, and began experimenting with the genre during Germany's ex-
tended nightlife shutdown.
Once German clubs reopened their doors in 2022, CHLAMYDIA quickly became
a staple in the queer Berlin techno scene through her residency at the trans-led
label and event series SUBVERTED, bringing her signature punitive sound to
nightlife institutions such as TRESOR, ://about blank, Institut für Zukunft, and
others.
Through heavy industrial elements, rough organic textures, a stomping
four-to-the-floor beat, ruthlessly high speeds, layers of noise, and a progressive
mixing style, CHLAMYDIA's sets immerse listeners, in an ominous and infernal
soundscape that invites club-goers to revisit their definitions of "club music"
and rewards them with a highly cathartic dance-floor experience.

Based in Glasgow, Kenny Campbell has earned a reputation for delivering hard-hitting sets, be they industrial techno, EBM or hardcore old skool. He's equally at home playing from 100 bpm to 300 bpm.
He runs the Pitch Dark Records label, initially with Alex Mullen and now on his own.
As a producer, he has realized his lifelong dream of releasing on Industrial Strength Records. With other notable releases and remixes on Drøne, Eradys, RIOT Radio Records, SHISHI, Raven Sigh and Taro Records.
He has a collaboration with Huck Farper under the name Bone Skippers with releases on Monolith Records and Green Fetish Records. Kenny also has a duo with Duelist seen releases on Scuderia, Black Verb, Dissonanze and Clan Destine Records.
His love of 90s hardcore led him to relaunch Judgment Day Records with Technotrance, with the aim of bringing the sound of 90s hardcore to a new generation.

Vince Gagliardi, better known by his stage name Vū, is a music producer of ethnic electronic music and experimental dark techno from Berlin. His style has been compared to artists like Muslimgauze, Tzusing and Demdike Stare.
He is also the founder of the label “Vūmantra Records”, co-founder of the label “Modern Bön” and creator of the audiovisual project “The Nent” (Cyclic Law), well-known for its impactful A∖V live performances. Vū ́s performances focus on an immersive experience creating endarkening rhythms for dystopic sub-cultures. His voice fuses with drum machines and is accompanied by live percussion, which pulls the audience into the present moment and creates a shamanic vibe.
Some of Vū’s tracks have been released on Pact Infernal’s label "Altar", Borders of Known (GE), Dark Alchemy (UK), Voidance (DE), Elektro Tribe (DE), Furanum Records (DE), Area Z (FR) and more.
In the past few years, Vū has performed live at clubs and festivals such as OHM Berlin, KitKatClub, About Blank and Lunchmeat Festival 2020, where he was the opening act for SOPHIE’s last ever performance.

Hybral is a Berlin based trans/ queer DJ and producer focusing on the darker and more atmospheric side of electronic music, ranging from contemplative cinematic ambient and more introspective and slower ritualistic leaning techno to rough, fast, industrial and uncompromising hard techno - capturing feelings of anger, anxiety, chaos, fear, tension, desire and pain.

Through layering dark, driving, distorted and seductive beats with trembling textures, dystopian soundscapes and hauntingly eerie atmospheres, Hybral not only increases the intensity and energy throughout their sets towards the end, but also shows a different side of hard and industrial techno that is more inward looking, evolving and mind-bending while still maintaining a hard hitting sound experience.

By using awry harmonies and chaotic noise, Hybral intends to express how queerness disrupts and reorders norms by not following accepted paths and normative sound aesthetics. Their tracks shake listeners into a state of hypnosis, disorientation and ask to question ourselves and our position in society. Alarming timbres, modulated ominous atmospheres and distorted kick drums, noisy and in reverberation immersed percussions evoke the power and necessity of movement and destruction as a source of change.

Hybral is founder of the queer label and event series SUBVERTED that is focusing on drone and noise infused dark industrial techno - from ambient, atmospheric and hypnotic techno to raw and relentless hard techno. SUBVERTED is intending to bring new and previously unheard perspectives to the dance floor and open the industry's gates for a new generation of artists that are pushing their own unique and fresh take on dark industrial techno.

They are resident at both SUBVERTED and DURCH and releasing on labels like The Brvtalist, Vast Perception, Gegen and Pure Hate 000. Hybral especially gained their reputation through releases on Paula Temple’s label «Noise Manifesto» and SNTS’ sub-label «Sacred Court».

Third summary compilation Cultro Sub Costa released by Prague based industrial/noise/techno crew Wrong follows up the first two tapes Suspicion of Doubt (2017) and Occasions to Sin (2018) and now represents the 2019-2024 timeframe. Old tracks meet new ones, foreign names meet local artists and genres clash on this double tape. 

A side starting with dreamlike intro nervousness of Bernardino Femminielli setting up the tone, followed by feverish ASMR trap-trip of Okitap, Oil Thief’s groovy synth-noise, dirty punk-electro cuts of Kabal and HANGMAN, Swordsmith’s heavy cyber dancefloor mover and closing with Vein Data and his overdrive guitar electro ballad.

Side B is filled with abstraction and weirdness and opening with cinematic industrial ambient of Amethyst, then turning tides into more rhythmic territory with occult vibe of Espectra Negra, lo-fi hypnotic synth drama of Christophe Clébard, screwed rhythmic madness of Carrageenan and ambient melancholy of Kult Masek.

Side C starts by No Nation dealing power electronic blow, with following tight electro rumble of JNKR, Blush Response with his sharp and hasty broken techno, Filmmaker’s dirty grind, Ireen Amnes with her synth driven coldness, trancy tragic of Destruction Derby and EBM goes trance track by HKKPTR.

IN:ØN´s EP “Psicosis” takes the listener on a journey through madness. Psicosis, the main track, hits hard with deep bass and a dry kick, creating a hypnotic atmosphere that culminates with the reversed voice from the intro, an echo of mental breakdown. The intro, Cinta Maldita, begins with distorted super 8 sounds, followed by a reversed voice mixed with a painful scream and a piercing sound that simulates deafness, like a collapse of the senses. The tape repeats, plunging the listener into a cycle of anguish. Voces en mi cabeza is softer but retains the same pain. The calm base and light percussion mask the inner storm, while the scream’s echo returns, representing the struggle between apparent calm and the suffering that persists in the mind. Closing the EP, a remix of Psicosis brings a new energy, with higher BPM, taking the track into a wilder and more intense territory. This reinterpretation by Aníbal Santos adds an extra layer of madness, maintaining the disturbing essence while delivering a faster, more chaotic approach.


El EP “Psicosis” lleva al oyente a través de una espiral de locura. Psicosis, el tema principal, golpea con graves profundos y un bombo seco, creando una atmósfera hipnótica que culmina con la voz invertida de la intro, un eco de la ruptura mental. La intro, Cinta Maldita, comienza con un sonido de super 8 distorsionado, seguido de una voz en reversa que se mezcla con un chillido de dolor y un pitido que simula la sordera, como un colapso de los sentidos. La cinta se repite, sumiendo al oyente en un ciclo de angustia. Voces en mi cabeza se presenta más suave, pero mantiene el mismo dolor. La base tranquila y las percusiones ligeras esconden la tormenta interna, mientras el eco del chillido regresa, representando la lucha entre la calma aparente y el sufrimiento que persiste en la mente. Cerrando el EP, un remix del tema Psicosis aporta una nueva energía, con más BPM, llevándolo a un territorio más desenfrenado e intenso. Esta reinterpretación, a cargo de Aníbal Santos, suma una capa de locura adicional, manteniendo la esencia perturbadora pero con un enfoque más acelerado y caótico.

Appreciated by aficionados of hybrid Bass Music, Eue (pronounced as you like...) soon boasts some thirty releases (Album - Ep's - Singles), feat. with a dozen musicians and as many different labels (U.SA, U.K, France, Ukraine). He works in a palette that extends from Neo Soul to Drum n' Bass, as well as from Lo-Fi Hip Hop to Industrial Techno. Used to performing in France and Ukraine, his releases of live shows (guitar and keyboard in hands) oscillate between dancefloor and concert formats. Attentive listening and letting off steam. Creating a dark and psychedelic atmosphere that would be the perfect soundtrack to a film noir or a dystopian thriller.

Some records don’t just make sound — they dig deep. Pensées transversales, the new EP by French producer Eue, is one of them: five tracks plunging into a mechanical, alienated world where industrial techno meets heavy bass and the twisted energy of braindance.
The textures are raw, metallic, suffocating. Kicks strike like pistons, synths cave in under their own weight. Eue isn’t here to seduce — he shapes a dystopia haunted by collapse, neither better nor worse, only stripped of illusion.
Yet in the noise, there’s catharsis. Pensées transversales are a purge, a way to confront chaos head-on. The sound becomes a scream, a shelter, a frantic dance through anxiety toward truth.
The EP’s visuals deepen the impact: four videos expanding the nightmare. From sterile supermarkets to factory hell (as the track “Metropolis”, featuring Ukrainian artist Tineidae), a raw image of social breakdown unfolds. Then comes an abstract architecture — cold, brutal, disembodied, and finally twisted figures writhe and rebel in one last burst of frantic life.
In Pensées transversales, sonic brutality is a means to survive. A music that wounds, shakes — and frees.

Podcast 201 - MENACE x Brutal Forms

Mother began mixing industrial techno three years ago in the heart of Parisian LGBT nightlife, shaping her sound within the hard industrial Monasterio movement.
In recent months, she has drastically lowered her BPM to align with her first productions, soon to be released on @revokrecords: 4 tracks delivering an anguishing urge to dance, as if to exorcise the madness of a world falling apart. This set attempts to reconcile her new and earlier influences, merging the hard kicks of Eastern Europe with the organic percussions and trippy atmospheres of the original scene.
The name Mother came naturally: whispered in the clubs where she often played, until it simply became part of her. What was once a nickname became her identity.
Mother is also the founder and resident of the FLINTA collective @techno_fatale.

Podcast 202 - Mother x Brutal Forms

Eve Schwarz and Cody Lobbestael’s paths crossed coincidentally due to common friends in the electronic realm and a similar sonic background and vision. Spontaneously the idea of a collaboration emerged as both sides at that time felt a little stuck in their creative process yet inspired by the other one’s approach. Supplied with VELDT’s live-recorded analogue drum loops, Eve started snipping and layering and giving four different sessions the shape of a track and a unique identity balancing industrial power with club characteristics. The reference to the classical ballet terms in title and track IDs is the result of the quite unknown David Lynch short film “Ballerina” running in the background during the studio works - which created, despite an obviously harsh contrast, still a deeply sensual harmony and autonomous symbiosis as an audio-visual experience.

The release also features contributions from artists and remixers such as Dolgener, Tomohiko Sagae, Nemrac, and Cranya.
