This week on the Ismcast we have DJ Speed and DJ Frequency.

Back with our second b2b on the Ismcast and this time its newcomers and now good friends of Ismus, Speed and Frequency. The Digital Indecency boys from Ireland have recently touched down in Berlin and are certainly here to do damage, showing their passion for the more classic techno sound, the boys play exclusively vinyl and have already built up an unreal collection which is displayed in this hour set.

They keep things bumping from the start with the high bpm trip down memory lane, these are two to watch.

The next artist in the mix series is our friend Max Ochtend. He started djing 8 years ago and was always fascinated by creating distinct vibes with a certain music selection. After years of digging through a lot of sub genres of electronic music he finally ended up with a plain approach of techno. After the corona break, Max started to perform regularly at Club Rote Sonne and started his own podcast series Ectoplasm, where he promotes locals and friends. Since quite a while he got more and more into digging and playing vinyl records, so keep an eye on this upcoming artist!
In the Rundfunk, Max showcases his sound, which is shaped by driving tools, loopy kick rhythms, atmospheric and textured while always serving the most important purpose: music to dance to!

He dedicates his musical journey to nothing but groove and the subculture behind it ever since: Polyrhythms, percussion, soulful samples or amen breaks combined with pumping 909 Kicks & hypnotic basslines in a breakbeat or 4-on-the-floor context can be heard in his fast forward mixtapes or at the club.
