hey there, long time no see

ive been a bit more active than before recently, I'm gonna come back to grinding music at the best of my ability 

why was I gone - with everyone moving to oper, or leaving everything behind, I was left in a confused space, I was finally starting to get good and consistent at phonk but everyone left and there was no reason to stay behind 

I was suffering from bad writers block and demotivation around august 2024 and that's why i can took a break from violyte to start my br funk alt account, "mxrcenary" - (one that does things for money, I wanted nothing more than profit)

starting from october, I started suffering from occasional pain in my leg, but that wasn't much of an issue 

around the start of 2025,the leg pain started happening every night, keeping me awake

the situation got terrible around my birthday (march) to the point where I was getting 1 hour of sleep at night 

I felt terrible, and I got a bunch of other sicknesses through the whole year 

this was probably the lowest point I've ever been in my life 

I wasn't satisfied with my music - I was doing funk which is an ass genre and while I did like my tracks the creativity didn't last for too long

I felt like I was getting worse each day - my mix was getting worse and worse and I wasn't improving at all

I wasn't sleeping at all

I lost a lot of irl friends and was barely talking to anyone - I had no energy to go out or talk to people at school 


around april, I started doing angelcore as I liked the slightly darker aesthetic, and br funk was becoming more and more shit to the point I couldn't do it anymore

since then I've made a few demos here and there under the name vivian, but it wasn't really a full side project yet

I went to a lot of doctors and after a lot of unsuccessful diagnosis i finally found out that the pain was caused by one of my nerves being compressed by one of my vertebrae 

I've then gradually started healing both physically and mentally 

now I sleep a few hours at night and while it's still kinda shit it feels like it's getting better, im feeling decent after waking up instead of feeling tired
 
I've recently started to FINALLY put time on my edm account and I truly want it to be perfect. I don't know If I will publicly announce it , but we'll see. I plan my edm debut in 2026.
