So... I tried making a song completely in reverse. Yup. It's exactly how it sounds. I recorded myself singing the entire song in reverse, then reversed that with the hopes of it sounding somewhat normal, but also played the instruments different than normal so that they would sound forward in reverse? Whatever... this is so complicated to try and explain. I recorded a song backwards and then reversed it... there!

House Of Mirrors (1st Try)

I finally recorded a song I've had written for like 7 or 8 years... it's only the guitar part and it's sloppy but I just wanted to get it done with for now. It's definitely a song that needs to be played with an entire band and all that jazz... but, whatever. Here's some tomfoolery on the guitar. It'll sound better with some drums/lyrics... promise.

I had 2 pages full of lyrics, thoughts, words, drawings of robots, quotes, ideas, etc., and decided to try and turn them into a really weird piece of music. So... here is my masterpiece. If you're wondering what is being said in the background throughout the song, there are several repeating phrases. "Gay! Yum!", "99 Red Balloons! Just Kidding! 3 White! 1 Black!" and "Red-Rum!"

Thought Tsunami

I was inspired to write a song by one of the most annoying human beings alive, the girl from Princesses of Long Island named Taylor. She's not only annoying but also very ignorant and stupid and has an extremely ridiculous way of speaking that I could only describe as an "Open-Mouthed-No-Enunciating-Creaky-Door-Voice". This is my "Love Song" to her and her voice... a la' Elvis-style.

OM-NE-CDV

A love-song of sorts. It's actually a normal song compared the all of the strange things I've been posting lately. A little classical acoustic, harmonica and some damn-fine vocals... perfect recipe for a great tune.

Think I Kinda Love Ya

Just another random song with my classical acoustic, some (a lot of) vocals and even a little bugle in there. It's questioning a possible outcome regarding the 2nd-Coming of Jesus that could have happened or might still happen. But, per usual, these whole "belief" and "faith" things aren't my cups o' Joe. So, don't take this too seriously... it's just a strange idea.

I just threw this song together one night, in lieu of recent (local) events... something to do, ya' know?

Paint The Town Red

Rough idea for a song I might've recorded at 3 AM (possibly after a few cocktails) only using my classical guitar plugged into my H4n Zoom.

Classical Drunk

Another idea for a song I recorded very early in the AM hours... it's not quite there, but it sounds creepy(ish). I'll have to figure it out and actually turn it into a song but for now it is only in the drunken-recording-idea stage.

Ominous

I sort of just made this song on-the-fly and only did one take for each instrument, including; my Angelic voice, 2 different guitar recordings and the wicked pre-recorded drum-tracks from an old 1980-something Casio keyboard. It's loosely based on a trip that Tony and I took to the Baraga casino a few months ago.

At Least

I make a lot of odd music in my mom's basement... some tracks are just weird and ominous.... while others are comedic... a few are raps... I play a lot of guitar... and then there are just plain wacky ones. I'm quite versatile when it comes to music. I like all sorts and I'm just looking to make songs/sounds that are entertaining. So, please enjoy.
