This is a guided meditation using a silent mantra-based breath-awareness technique called Primordial Sound meditation to connect with our true Self. We start with a few deep breaths to settle into our seat. Then we ask the 4 soul questions. After that, we ground into the present moment and start silently repeating "I am".  We use its vibratory qualities of "So Hum" to slip into stillness and we meditate for a few minutes. We close with setting 4 intention for perfect health and Namaste.

Primordial Sound Meditation with So Hum

In this is a guided meditation, we start with Alternate Nostril Breathing technique or Nadi Shodhana in Sanskrit. It balances the body energy channels and calms the nervous system. 

When we transition into asking a few important questions and taking a moment to be grateful for the people in our lives. 

We continue with mantra-based breath-awareness technique called Primordial Sound meditation to connect to the field of silence and stillness. To slip into stillness we use the vibratory qualities of a very old and very efficient mantra "So Hum". 

We complete the meditation with setting 4 intention for perfect health and Namaste.

A guided peaceful meditation which helps us come back and remember out True Self with the universal sound OM. It brings balance and centers you in the present moment in the midst of turbulent and changing times. 

We start with the self-reflective questions "Who am I?" and "What am I grateful for?" Then the meditation offers out-loud chanting as well as silent repetition giving you the opportunity to listen to your body and give it the best it needs in this moment. As we move release the repetition of OM we visualize its benefits rippling out. We complete the meditation experience with setting intentions for perfect health!
