One more thing about ASOT. The problem for me personally is that if the event is even allowed to continue it's going to have bullshit like mandatory testing, maybe even a vaccination passport? That totally kills the vibe for me. I mean I'm also dying to go back to normal but I dont want to go through a full medical exam just to have a fun night out. And temperature checks are going to be ridiculous, like at least half of the people are on drugs lmao what you think the temp checks gonna look like lol they're going to quarantine the Jaarbeurs at the end of the night

I've known Mark for a number of years and he's one of the most genuine guys in our scene. This is a really personal episode as Mark speaks for the very first time about the impact of losing his best friend to suicide in 2007. We also speak about the detrimental effect that this third lockdown has had on our physical and mental health, and how our creative inspiration has been greatly reduced over the past twelve months. Anger & frustration are the two main emotions discussed in this Podcast. 

We also chat about the importance of sleep, health and fitness, and taking care of ourselves amongst many other topics. 

This is one of my favourite shows to date, I think that the themes discussed in this episode will resonate with a lot of people out there.

We take a deep dive into discussing our personal experiences about the death of a parent. My father passed from Pancreatic Cancer in 2016, and Sneijder's passed last year in the middle of the Pandemic. We discuss the various stages of grief and learning how to cope with a sense of loss. 

As sad as it sounds, this is actually quite a positive discussion.
