I am so sorry, Bryan -- yes I have been through this too and one of the hardest things was how to support my wife appropriately while also taking my own time to grieve.  I feel terrible for dads out there because they hurt so much with this too and it's hard to address that grief.  The pain drew my wife and I closer and I will say though this first child of ours, we never go to meet, my DJ name "Fo4" stands for Father of 4 -- to that end we had miracles at the end of the tunnel and I do pray for you and your wife to realize yours.  You will never forget this timeframe to be sure, but you are an amazing person for sharing this on your show because, yes, it does help countless others out there -- mothers and father.  Stay strong, mate.  Amazing, amazing podcast.

Christian is a singer/songwriter that has collaborated with artists such as Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Giuseppe Ottaviani & many more. He was also part of BBMak, a group that enjoyed huge success in the US in the early 2000's supporting Britney Spears & NSync on their nationwide tours. 

In this Podcast, Christian speaks about the highs and devastating lows that he endured during his time in the band. He tells us about what it's been like to be a singer / songwriter during the last 18 months, as well as his experiences with depression, anxiety and panic attacks. 

I also speak for the first time about the pain and trauma of a recent miscarriage and why it's something that needs to be spoken about a lot more.

CHAT - Negativity Bias & The Inner Critic (Bonus Episode)

In this episode, I speak to my good friend, DJ & Producer - Sneijder.

We take a deep dive into discussing our personal experiences about the death of a parent. My father passed from Pancreatic Cancer in 2016, and Sneijder's passed last year in the middle of the Pandemic. We discuss the various stages of grief and learning how to cope with a sense of loss. 

As sad as it sounds, this is actually quite a positive discussion.
