Burnin, yearnin & churnin. Use the fire for transforming what is stagnant, stuck & full of muck. Where am I holding back? In what ways am I simply going through the motions? What is going through my mind when I'm not present with life? What story has yet to be processed, digested & alchemized fully, that continues to repeat itself? Which emotions are most easily triggered to the surface right now? Acceptance is the first step towards Gratitude. I don't have to like it to accept it, though as I lean into the discomfort... everything gradually softens.. as I remember the Love that exists before, between & after all wounds.
