Exploring a melange of genres that combines contagious Techno with percussive house, aggressive breaks, and bold electro. Ibbs is a name that spans far and wide from the banks of Derbyshire to smoke-filled nightclubs across the globe. Maintaining a catalog of shapeshifting releases which have achieved appreciation from long-serving industry greats. Bailey is a producer that won't settle for pigeon-holing, as he continues to propel his productions forward through his own label imprint Night Sevice. 
 
The impending return of clubbing has drawn Ibbs onto notable line-ups at Fold, Fabric, Arsenal (Kyiv) & HIDDEN. The future is bright for this young talent & Bailey offers a burning beacon for a new wave of artists.

 Her career is shaped by the earliest creative endeavours crafting mixtapes from tracks recorded from the radio, drawing, and customising clothes; her formative years of DJ inspiration at London’s legendary queer parties and warehouse raves; and a touching online relationship with Naive label boss Violet which has flourished into a wide ranging but consistently excellent array of productions on the Portuguese record label.

With her sets, productions, and remixes ranging from dance floor bangers to ambient soundscapes, it’s certainly no surprise that her episode of Bside would take us through her wide taste. Expect acid techno, traditional Irish folk, soft rock, euphoric house, wonky italo and everything in between.

Delighted to have a session from one of the best in the business this week. Max Essa is a benchmark for quality; consistently putting out solid, highly respected music since the early Nineties. Residing in Yokohama, Max enjoys a busy DJ schedule up and down Japan and beyond. Recent cuts for Hell Yeah! Recordings have been on heavy rotation and we are particularly looking forward to his album 'Lanterns' due imminently on Music For Dreams. His mix for Clandestino is a stone cold classic

WTF! This semi-staged picture does not say anything about the unbelievably great time I had in Stockholm last weekend. Fantastic food from The Hotel At Six kitchen for a start, deliciously eccentric drinks by Juan and then this heavenly cozy room set up by Victor! I brought a lot of personal faves to listen to over the insane sound system there. Some of the things I usually only listen to when I'm alone, because they make me cry (yes I'm a sissy, look at the pic). And some tracks that I never found the right spot to play out. Just like the first song: It's called "Sex" by the Necks and it's 56 minutes long. In my bag for years and it never made it out (it's a CD!)This saturday I had to give it a try. I have actually not expected it being perfect for this room. But hell yeah - time got irrelevant after half an hour and people were diving in it. 
Now the bummer. The recording didn't start properly and - even worse - stopped accidently after one hour and a half. Still it's a nice listen and I hope you enjoy this like I did enjoy the weekend.

'By the early sixties, the song on the A-side was the 'hit' song that the record company wanted radio stations to play. The B-side would contain less radio friendly and less popular tracks. In our eyes the B-side is a true reflection of the producers taste in music, there is more personality on that side of the record'.
