The 4 individual outputs are routed into "the box", then processed with some delay fx.

Recorded into Propellerhead Reason and added some EQ/Compression and the pad and echoed synth sounds.

MD Plus AR Sixth - 13Feb2016 A

A minimalistic live recording featuring 8 sequencers that are controlled via MIDI in real time. No DAW automation curves were harmed in the process.

The lead sound is generated by Jiggery Pokery's JPS Harmonic Synthesizer Rack Extension for Reason 8, layered with a DSI Prophet 08.

The drums are synthesized by an Elektron Machinedrum SPS-1.

Taking the new RYM2612 Rack Extension for Reason for a spin.

RYM2612 is an emulation of the YM2612 4 operator FM soundchip,  used in the Sega Genesis / Megadrive (for example).

This tune uses 14 instances of RYM2612 (21 voices)and zero effects or EQs -- just a little bit of panning and some volume adjustments.
