For this 16th show, the energetic French DJ duo Vitamine (@vitamineee)(a.k.a Artrax) prepared a 61min mixe. Tireless diggers, the collective took its strength in Cluj (Romania) by inviting artists such as Paramida, Barbara Boeing, or X-Coast. This mix between euro house and disco will make you want to go snoop on their Youtube channel where they are carefully uploading forgotten pépitasss.

The mix was broadcasted on Internet Public Radio (@internetpublicradio) in Guadalajara.

Multi Culti tune in to earth's axial tilt in the second round of it's flagship 12' series with EQUINOX I:

The global occult label kick off the seasonal shift with a magical collaboration between Mexican chug-guru Iñigo Vontier and Moscow based brothers Simple Symmetry. 'Hocus Pocus' is an anthem for the fuzzy-minded, post-lockdown party-goer. It's a mesmerizing merger of contemporary electronics and vintage psychedelia. We don't know much about Ponty Mython, but their sound is right at home on this eclectic record. A freeform flea-market of samples strewn around a broken beat, strung together around a catchy melody, 'Pinto La Meah' has an optimistic feel, a subtly nostalgic sense of travel and discovery that suits the global groove collecting theme. 

The B-side tracks take the tempo down while raising the hands in the air, perfect for lockdown house parties wherever big-room raves are still ruled out. Ecuadorian Pancho Piedra leads the proceedings with 'Servio', serving up a loopy banger that recalls classic Comeme in the best possible way. Punchy, no nonsense party track with just enough spice in the salsa. Colombia via Buenos Aires producer Hermetics teams up with Quito-based, LA-native Hannah Lee on 'Lux Naturae' with an absolutely killer beat with massive, hydraulic-level sub bass. Finally, Magic Pirate takes the downtempo breakbeat vibe into trippier territory with a wicked sounding piano and aphex-synth-sounding romp through his wild imagination on 'Make me a Jazz Coffee.' These are fresh, genre-defying and tracks to enter the autumnal equinox, and a fearless move forward in time for earth dance fans the world over.

MM Discos' in house producers Bonnie & Klein sign the new chapter of our monthly MM Casts. The two "balearica" devotes come back home to tell us a story about sand castles and sunsets. 

The Greek Duo introduced to MM Discos with "Sunconcious", included in the 2019 summer compilation "Palm Trees, Tequila and other Lockdown Stories". Followed by the celebrated EP "Roof Garden" and more recently remixing Florin Büchel.

As usual on them, expect summerish downtempo style,  relaxed music for a special occasion with the compass pointing on the Balearic Islands. The dream of Ibiza never was so close to you... just play it!

Their contribution to the series is a follow up of their trip to Sofia for our party not so long ago when we got to spend some quiality time together, exchange good nrg and enjoy countless hours of good music. <:

Almost 6 years ago Frinda Di Lanco and Hendrik Stein met in a small, fumy bar in Berlin Kreuzberg, where one was playing records and the other one danced. While the AOR and Balearic-aficionado Hendrik ran the infamous Disco Train with Charlie Smooth at Crack Bellmer, Frinda was regularly spinning records at Cafe Wendel, defining herself as a record collector with a deep knowledge of Funk, Soul and Jazz.
Since 2018 the couple can be found as a DJ duo with a deep love for obscure vinyl records. Their sets are a vibrant mixture ranging from cosmic, disco, Italo, new beat, proto house and they will never fail to surprise their audience with some unexpected NDW, Schlager or other treasures from all over the world.

You can find their traces at Berlin’s Heideglühen, where they appeared straight from a sweat-inducing match on the tennis court at 10 in the morning or at Krakow’s Spitalna 1, where they emptied the main floor and kept the whole crowd dancing on a small side-floor to a myth-enshrouded 135bpm cosmic disco set. In 2020 they founded their Record Label "Avec Paisir" and re-released an enchanting collection of Austrian Cosmic Tracks from the 90ies. The second Release is just in the making and will be another example for their love to the unpredictable and eclecticism.
