DJ DartFrog, also known as DJ Du Shine, is a talented Mi'kmaq DJ/Producer hailing from Ottawa. From a young age, he embarked on a thrilling journey of exploring electronic music, driven by a deep-seated curiosity. With an impressive 14 years of experience, DJ DartFrog has mastered an extensive range of genres including House and Tech House, to Melodic House and Techno, and even hardcore.

His passion for music has resulted in the creation of 80 remarkable tracks under "dj dushine," available on widely recognized platforms such as Spotify, Apple music, and Beatport. Renowned for his skillful tribal drums, uplifting melodies, and heavy and dirty  basslines, DJ DartFrog consistently delivers a unique and captivating musical experience, serving as a testament to his unwavering dedication and artistic growth.
Building upon his versatile talent, DJ DartFrog continues to evolve and expand his already impressive skill set. Three years of private piano lessons have allowed him to cultivate a distinctive style and approach to music that sets him apart from the rest. His genuine passion for his craft is evident, as he pours his heart and soul into every performance.

Having had the opportunity to entertain diverse crowds at street parties, weddings, and clubs, DJ DartFrog has honed his skills by playing an enticing blend of Top 40, House, and Hip Hop tunes. However, his true calling lies within the electrifying atmosphere of raves, where he effortlessly switches to up-tempo beats, captivating the audience from the moment the doors open. Through his undeniable talent, he swiftly earned a reputation as a skilled DJ, leaving a lasting impression wherever he plays.

DJ DARTFROG goes beyond mere passion, livelihood, or obsession. It embodies a way of life for him, serving as the epitome of self-expression that keeps his mind vibrant. This is the primary reason behind his extensive range and diversity in music. As a DJ, he fearlessly explores the realm of unconventional music, allowing for a broad spectrum of mixing possibilities to unfold. With an unyielding devotion to effects and a mastery of three decks, he fearlessly takes risks in his mixing, pushing his creative boundaries to their maximum potential and consistently generating innovative results. Additionally, as a producer and musician, he has delved into a vast array of styles throughout his career.

Let’s explore the background of our guest today - @evgeniirymd, also known as Ev Rymd, embarked on his music journey in 2015, drawing inspiration from Eric Prydz. After experimenting with various styles within progressive house, Evgenii discovered his own unique style, characterized by deep, hypnotic progressive house with hints of the genre’s early 2000s roots.
