This track describes the depth of God's love for his people. We as Christians often abuse the love the God has for us, however, he patiently (and consistently) allows us to go on our on path. Even though we go in a direction that may seem right, therein usually lies destruction. Even in the worst of situations and circumstances of why we may have done a wrong act, God always accepts us back. We can never out sin God's grace!! 

08 Come Back To Me

A song I wrote in the midst of my moms fight against cancer. This song was literally a conversation that I had between God and I about what I was seeing and the honest feelings I felt. The full album called "The Resistance" has other situational songs however this is by far the most transparent song I have ever wrote. As a new contemporary, independent, Christian band in the DMV, Relentless is charged to engage the youth and young adult community in a worship experience that ignites freedom in worship, electrifying praise and creative expression of love towards God.  They also endeavor to reignite the hearts of those accustomed to traditional gospel music to experience a new sound in the contemporary Christian genre. With the fusion of rock, gospel, and jazz, the music of Relentless creates an atmosphere of determination to follow the footsteps of Christ and a boldness to stand against the trials of life.

Under the direction of singer, songwriter, and producer Jonathan Jones, the lyrical content of their freshman album, “The Resistance,” reaches to the heart of the listener—mind, body and soul, to evoke change and encourage a journey towards freedom and liberty in everyday situations. "It’s time for Contemporary Christian Music to experience a fresh new sound that encourages a higher standard of excellence within the Christian walk. We also should seek to produce relevant lyrical content that relates to all generations - young and old. I believe Relentless was formed to fulfill that purposes" says ministry leader Jonathan Jones.
