This mix is for the one and only, "Uncle Joey".  Inspired from a conversation that began as all conversations do.. down a path met with great stories, laughs, profound understandings, mix in some weird stuff, top it off with a shared love for GOOD music. During that conversation, a request was made to help him find a mix to "Roll" Jiu Jitsu to that would not have everyone trying to rip each others heads off the whole time. Just a mix to "Slow Roll" to. 

Joey sent me one, single, track. A track that captured the tone, vibe, and mood he was looking for when he said he wanted something to "Slow Roll" and train to. This mix was built around that one single track (and I hope) that captures the concept that he spoke so highly about.

This is a musical interpretation of the definition that Uncle Joey gave to me, as the guidelines of his ideal mix to "Slow Roll" to.  Please enjoy, share, download, and of course, warm up and "Slow Roll" BJJ to.
