To celebrate the end of 2021 and Spinning Around's first year in action, Highly Minogue has invited some of this year's guests to contribute to a new independent charity compilation. This compilation features new productions from each artist, and all proceeds go directly to Australian First Nations organisations - including Pay The Rent and the Victorian Aboriginal Legal Service - causes Highly feels strongly about after the loss of his best friend back in 2014.

Spinning Around is one of Melbourne community radio's most beloved shows, hosted by DJ and producer Highly Minogue. Airing on online radio platform Area 3000, Highly invites guests every week for an interview and a guest mix; uploading his segment for playback on the station's website, Soundcloud and Spotify. Known for his passion for electronic music and his conversational style, the show has accumulated many dedicated listeners tuning in every week.

It's Friday so we have something for you to get into that weekend mood. Stoked to premiere another track by one of our absolute favourite artists out there, Varum! Dive into NHK and you're mood will be popping' in no time. As part of Palms Out's latest V.A 'End Broken Window Vol. 1' this compilation features some killer artists and great tunes, all going toward a good cause.

It's the first in a series of semi/annual charitable compilations to raise awareness around the menace of broken windows policing practices and their poisonous impact on vulnerable populations. 100% of proceeds of this the volume will benefit the SBB National Sex Worker Bail Fund, as sex workers are often intersectionally and particularly affected by these practices. Should you still have any additional good fortune left, we have put together a second Aid EP, to help support the artists in our community and on our label, currently under financial pressure due to the massive amount of DJ gig and live set cancellations within our scene - and to keep the lights on in our collective, which is heavily dependent on income from event production.

The Aid EP II additionally enables us to provide a bit of work for our mastering engineer, also a DJ and producer, financially impacted by event cancellations.

All sales will be split 50/50 between the artists and ourselves, after production costs have been recouped.
