Behind the name of Atix, do not look for a style but rather a sound or a musical philosophy. 
His secret ingredients? Sounds influenced by Detroit and Berlin as well as sounds from across 
the Channel but especially his Breaks Electro Techno "musical touch"!

Atix does not only produce artists : he is a performer and warmly shares his musical universe 
during his lives and DJ sets. He is musically open, just like his productions. The best French 
electronic scene spots have already welcomed him. His main objective: to move the dancefloor and share his pleasure!

Since appearing on the scene in 2018, 21 year old False Persona has been pushing aggressive, high energy electro and techno non-stop for the most part of 3 years.

Although a fresh face, the Bournemouth-based producer has been self taught music production and DJing since the age of 13, and after spending years learning the crafts of different styles of music under a multitude of aliases, his sound as an artist definitely serves as a hybrid of genres.

DJ Belle's (@annabellegall) unique blend of fast-paced tracks stems from her raver's instinct and passion for igniting the dancefloor. She has been establishing her presence in the industry through numerous gigs at Glamorama Bar, Xe54, Thank You 2 and Colour Club. In her downtime, she has enjoyed dedicating time to recording mixes for some of Melbourne's hottest mix series including Area 3000 Radio, Melt Melbourne, Synesthetic Radio, Red Room Recordings and Euphony Music. Catch her new monthly radio show 'DJ Belle's Bass Camp' on Area 3000 Radio on the first Thursday of every month. DJ Belle also makes up half of PlayGroup, alongside best friend Camilla. PlayGroup's eclectic sound is a staple at Glamorama Bar in Melbourne, kindling a passionate fire with high-energy electro, breakbeat and nostalgic trance mixes. SMUT Press is delighted to present a very special b2b for our first mix in our sounds of SMUT mix series by DJ Garden Party, the moniker of Mercorn and Bull Horris.  Both Bull and Mercorn are dear friends of the press and are exceptional talents and we couldn’t be more excited to present this mix as our debut to you. 

As a founder of Skin & Blister club (a creative platform supporting female-identifying, trans and non-binary creatives in Dublin)  Mercorn is an undeniable force to be reckoned.  Mercorn has been going from one success to the next. Having recently appeared on Hoer radio, Mercorn has recently launched her own mix series Crossfade which launches on the 7th April at Hen's Teeth. Be sure to check it out, or you can always catch Mercorn at this year's edition of Life Festival.  ;)

Bull is no stranger to the press at all having blessed our launch party back in February with some high energy psychedelic tracks in the hifi room of Hen’s Teeth.  Bill has been skyrocketing on the club circuit in Dublin, playing Strawberries and the infamous Izakaya basement, but most recently it was his set at Adonis in Venue Mot last Saturday that has firmly cemented him as one to watch over the next while.

“DJ Garden Party is the pseudonym of the Mercorn & Bull Horris collaboration. Separately they’ve cultivated names and sounds for themselves over the past two years since starting out at the same time as close friends. Now they cast aside their usual aliases for a name that nods toward the origin of the pair, playing at house and garden parties across Dublin during the closure of clubs over the last two years. Expect progressive house/trance, acid undertones and the odd psychedelic tease, combined with 90s rave and enticing vocals throughout.”
