Following on from our most recent all vinyl 90’s jungle set from the OG @groove_chronicles, we’ve got another strictly vinyl showcase from the wax junkie that is @soundcondition 💥

Born and raised in Essex, and currently based out of Bristol, Sound Condition has been digging for records and djing only vinyl for the last 12 years. With an extensive multi-genre record collection, he’s put together a mix of mostly 90s steppas, with a few surprises along the way. 

Some of these presses are HARD to find and go back over 25 years… some lovely snap, crackle n pops going on with this one, rice crispies n that, come on 🥣 

SC has been holding down a monthly residency on @balamii for the last 4 years and you can expect to hear some of his productions on 2023. 

He’s also relocating to Asia for 6 months this year too. Asia based promoters who want one of the most die hard music heads we’ve come across, you know what to do.

Mia Lily is a true multi-genre queen, with her SOLITUDE mix being an excellent example. In her own words;  “It's full of left and right polyrhythmic turns / ups and downs. The energy is slightly chaotic” 

Sometimes, a chaotic energy is just what you need 💥 this one really is UP THERE with Mia’s technicality, and understanding of how to piece together a tight mix with so many different styles 

Mia is on a pathway to greatness. She’s got a unique perspective and approach to her sets, drawing on classical and experimental jazz, and blending this with a diehard passion for electronic beats. 

These high-energy sets haven’t got unnoticed by industry heavyweights; Mia is a rising force across the international festival and club circuit. 

Mia is a resident for @balamii, @foundation.fm and @sisucrew, as well as being a graphic designer for @247ls 

She’s played at @outlookfestival U.K, the @keephushuk Seaside Beano, @corsicastudios for @percolate_music & @shuffle_n_swing to throw some in there - could go all day with her bookings history tbh

Mia is looking at a BUSY year for 2023 show wise, so keep an eye on her socials and the big label shows as there’s a strong chance ya can catch her play soon

Hailing from East London, DJ and producer Bailey Ibbs is fast becoming one of the most sought out sound specialists of the new London scene. Bailey Ibbs is amassing fans not just on his home turf but across the globe as his releases gain more and more traction, and its safe to say his upward tradjectory isn’t stopping anytime soon.

With a strong string of releases in 2020 we believe there were two stand-outs the first being 'Lockdown Trax’: 3 beautifully constructed tunes with breaks chops to die for and our other favourite was ‘Gurl EP’: Bailey's debut EP on London label 'Dansu Discs' which was released in late 2020. 

Unbound by genre, Bailey Ibbs’s music, although carrying a prominent UKG flare, often sits in the middle of the spectrum of darker UK rave music. Warm nostalgia floats through both Bailey Ibbs’ production and mixes and his mix for Origins Tapes is no exception..

In his own words Origins Tapes 011 is a 'throwback to the sounds of 90s rave music’ and 'features music that would usually be played at parties such as ‘Fantasia', ‘Dreamscape’ & ‘Helter Skelter’. Its often said that if you want to know the future you have to look to the past and this mix is testimony to that, Bailey Ibbs is one of the best DJs and producers that the future has to offer and 100 percent one to look out for for 2021.
