More from this summers experimental percussion sessions trying out the new sample pad. This is another tune created with the Alesis multipad in mind. But beyond that I made this tune as a melding of John Carpenter sound tracks being played by the doors? I've always wondered what the doors would have sounded like if Morrison didn't die and they kept on going into the late 70's and early 80's. Pretty sure I remember nothing  (joy Division) could be considered a doors song in many regards. This is also the first attempt at tracking drums to this so it's not perfect. But it's a bit more solid than sorcery as I was literally making that up as I went.

The human error project and LPs was something I've had in the works for longer than 2021...BUT this was the first recording with the title attached. Though this is just a demo I do plan on refining this track and releasing it on a future release. This is also a promotional single for the outtakes and sessions LP for the first HUMAN ERROR album titled HUMAN ERA VOL-1. I Havent decided on an official release for that yet but trust it will be uploaded sometime this summer, so be ready for that folks

Johnny sonar provides the foundation for me to go WILD on guitar and bass. what started off as a remix ended up being a full on single track under the ghost tape moniker. This is the official Version of Setting Sons. The Ode to my dogs that passed this year. I think this track is the ultimate tribute to them...its obviously ambient and there's sadness in the fact they aren't with me anymore but this track is also playful, warm and adventurous! Just like my boys were...goodbye my setting sons. I will never forget you and we LOVE YOU!

This was the first attempt at tracking setting sons, there is a rough guitar sketch before this but this was the first outline of what would become the single. The entire month of December saw a pretty massive instrument tracking session for both this song And various other tunes on Human Error 2. Ive since changed direction in how i track and decided that amp simulation via DAW is the easiest route to go for tracking and cutting out tonal anomalies (The anomalies being how my rig sounds minus my actual amp)

As a thank you for all the plays on Electronic Deviations 2 i put together a small EP compilation of outtakes and oddities spanning between making Born Of Contempt and the completion of Electronic Deviations 2. I did attempt to finish a few of these tracks in January but the same issues that plagued them in 2023 stayed true in 2024 and here they all are in original and amended versions. The First track that started the UNO WAFF production phase as well as the future (But now Dead In The Water) Axis Of Evil horror core project. What sets this track apart from the Buck Rogez style beyond it's obvious future/horror vibe is the 4 layer drum machine percussion lines... This is essentially a live mix of the tune feed into my boss BR recorder via really primitive ways haha! But this track is pretty cool.

ANGA - OF THA CHIMICHAnGA - VRS.2

My latest creation, this wasn't supposed to be like the tracked version you hear now. It started off clean guitar tone but when that didn't have the punch I wanted I kicked on the big muff. I didn't hate the clean part so during the mixing phase I reversed the clean guitar take and tucked it into the left channel. This tune was crazy fun to make and each instrument was tracked in one take! But as I stated earlier this may not be what the final product even sounds like, but this works and is pretty damn cool. Clearly early new order influenced synth rock jam that captures the essence of how I actually play drums at various points. I plan on adding guitars and vocals in the near future as well. I really like how abstract some of the synth lines are and the bass is so punchy and percussive it just fits so well!
