Decka’s Unterwegs imprint that he runs with The Lady Machine translates to ‘on the move’ correlating with the label's vision to expand upon the idea that music is forever changing, evolving into new territories.”

Cisco Ferreira, known as 'The Advent,' is a London-based pioneer in Techno. His journey began with the discovery of Acid House in London clubs, shaping his commitment to leaving a lasting impact on electronic music. As a seasoned musician and sound designer, Ferreira, in his own words, has been in the game for years and isn't going anywhere.

Fresh out of college, he immersed himself in the world of sound as an assistant sound engineer, recording for prominent artists across various genres. His encounter with the acid label 'Jack Trax' fueled collaborations with influential figures in the music scene, leading to the release of his first EPs on R&S and Fragile.

In 1994, Ferreira, alongside Colin McBean, signed a significant record deal, setting a global standard for high-quality underground Electro and Techno as The Advent and 'G Flame (Cisco) and Mr G.' Today, The Advent remains a solo project, captivating audiences worldwide with its distinctive, raw, and energetic sound.

EJA is the solo alias of one half of Duplicity, a London based label and podcast series. As Duplicity, EJA emerged onto the local Scottish scene in late 2019, playing at events around Edinburgh and Glasgow. Since the pandemic, EJA has refined his own sound and general approach, focusing on deep, hypnotic, groovy and loopy elements, largely inspired by artists such as Rene Wise, Setaoc Mass, DVS1, MARRØN, Kaiser and has been working on his own productions, with a growing arsenal of unreleased works and a few select releases which have so far been released on digital and vinyl through labels such as SOMA Records, Duplicity Records, .defaultbox & PRTLWRX. As Duplicity, EJA has spearheaded the label’s overall sound through careful curation of podcast guests & artists for the labels revered various artist releases.

Finalversion3 se estrenó en Vortex el pásado sábado y con una misión muy importante: hacer un set de casi cuatro horas sustituyendo a Blawan tras su cancelación. 

Desde la apertura hasta el final de su set Finalversion3 hizo un repaso a sus influencias, comenzando con deep techno hipnótico y acabando 15 bpms por encima de su punto de partida. 

Breaks, techno rugoso y modular, voces robóticas, percusiones orgánicas y un montón de producciones propias idóneas para partir la pista en dos mientras la jaula humeaba.

Finalversion3 debuted at Vortex last Saturday with a very important mission: delivering an almost four hour set to replace Blawan after his cancellation.

From the opening to the end of the set, Finalversion3 took on a journey through his influences, starting with hypnotic deep techno and finishing 15 BPM faster than where he began.

Breaks, raw and modular techno, robotic vocals, organic percussion, and plenty of his own productions perfect to split the dance floor in two while the cage filled with smoke.

We are glad to present Bastian, one of our founders, is a DJ based in Barcelona, whom we have seen in some of the city's premier booths.

In his sets, hypnotic synthesizers, sound pressure, and rhythmic percussion stand out above all, aiming to create deep sessions with an immersive atmosphere.

Also in his more experimental facet, he enjoys exploring other more introspective subgenres such as dub-techno and low-deep.

We hope to see him releasing his own tracks during his career, where he can express his most personal project.

It is both a pleasure and an honor for us to have him as a guest in this series.

Enjoy the mix and get lost in the sound of the underground.

Nos complace presentar a Bastian, uno de nuestros fundadores. Dj con residencia en Barcelona, a quien hemos podido ver en alguna de las cabinas referencias de la ciudad.

En sus sets, destacan por encima de todo los synthes hipnóticos, la presión sonora y las percusiones rítmicas que buscan crear sesiones profundas y con una atmósfera inmersiva.

También en su faceta más experimental, le gusta indagar en otros subgéneros más introspectivos como es el dub-techno o low-deep. 

Esperamos poder verlo sacando lanzamientos propios durante su carrera, donde pueda expresarnos su proyecto más personal.
