A propulsive, moody electro cut with a powerful spoken vocal/rap contribution from Dani DeLion, ‘Queen of The Night’ is an explosive sophomore release from the Munich born, Berlin-based DJ/Producer who cut her teeth as a resident DJ/promoter at two of Berlin’s finest parties, Edge Detection at PAL/About Blank and Level Delta at Griessmuehle. Landing alongside an even rowdier Empress mix, this release is a formidable slice of high tempo machine fun(k). 

Having previously dropped a track for a V/A Alan Fitzpatrick’s ‘We Are The Brave’, ‘Queen of the Night’ is the first full single from Schaller and it kicks off a packed season of releases from HE.SHE.THEY. Records, the label offshoot of Steven Braines and Sophia Kearney’s event series and fashion brand with inclusivity, diversity and tolerance at its core. Aimed at showcasing more contemporary luminaries with industrial post-techno inclinations through its own channels, England-hailing Depth.Request records presents a second installment in its tumultuous Hostile Responses & Provocations series. The digital release, in vain of previous episode, offers six cuts that vary from contemplative, ritualistic explorations to direct-drive, four-to-the-floor juggernauts, forged by different artists spread across European continent who showcase distinctly separate approach towards production and are mostly new to the label.

Ironically enough for a tune called Crawlspace, Swarm Intelligence tears away the torch of tension and resolutely dashes with it as if there's just no fucking tomorrow; comparatively, the effect of this relentless and unsparing 4/4 stomper draws a sensation of jumping from a simmering water into a raging furnace, its vicious drums paced at 140 BPM greeting the woofers head-on while the arcs of gritty droning and armies of condensing percs join the wave until an already busy visual representation of it resembles an impenetrable wall.

IZØTOPEV94, a collective previously set up as an event to highlight the rising talent in limerick, recent times have forced the collective to dabble in the digital world of music in an attempt to adapt to the society we find ourselves today. From live-streams to t-shirt releases and an ongoing mix series, IZØTOPEV94 has decided to take it one step further and curate its very own various artists compilation. Allowing artist from the V94 and beyond to flourish their music production skill that have been carefully crafted over the past few months. 


This groove infused V/A includes artists such as Chaz Moloney, Jon10, Prince Prada, Silky Klub and Taggy, all of which express their unique tastes in electronic music through genres ranging from House, electro, and techno with a hint of grime. 



Artist bio: JON10, Founder and resident of Irish collective @_izotope_ burst onto the Irish electronic early in the year of 2020. His style of mixing and producing is derived from 90s/early2000s techno, which is evident with the sharp cuts and thundering grooves found in both his music and sets. JON10 picked up music production earlier this year to embark on a quest to revive the sounds that once graced the dance floors many decades ago.
