Fresno County supervisors directed staff to take another crack at revisions to its cannabis ordinance. The latest proposal before the board would have allowed up to 12 plants per parcel, repealed dispensary regulations in favor of a permanent ban and created stiff new penalties for non-compliance -- including heavy daily fines and/or misdemeanor charges.
