I'd been down and out for a few weeks before I recorded this EP. At the lowest moment, on a drive home from work during rush hour, I looked over to the left at the corner US 25/421 and KY 52 and saw Big World for the first time in months. Big World, Richmond, Kentucky's unofficial mascot of sorts, rides around Richmond on a trike smiling and waving at every person he sees. The man seems untouched by a modern day America's love for dramatics. I saw him and remembered that happiness isn't that hard. I wrote a song about it ten minutes before I started recording. That song was "Big World". I hope you like these tracks. I certainly do.

This track is the culmination of nine years of calloused hands, nights spent doubting myself, balls of hands covered in ink and pencil lead, and all the awkward stages of life reflected in subpar songwriting. 

This song means the world to me. This song is my life. I hope you enjoy it.
