DJ since 1990, beginning with Hip Hop, Acid House, UK Bleep, Breakbeat and Techno, a residency throughout the mid to late 90's on infamous London sound system "JIBA", manager and music buyer for 2 record shops Trackheads & Dragon Discs in Camden, London, (1997-2004) during which time an international DJ schedule opened out, Jerome is a permanent fixture on the London scene and also DJs week in week out around the globe, living and breathing the music, his sets veering playfully between educational and hedonistic!

Founder of Don't Recordings (which celebrates it's 16th birthday this year) & Fat Hop records (for fans of Old Skool Hip Hop/B-Boy Breaks) , and more recently two new labels; the booming acid house of "Super Rhythm Trax" and the1992 rave themed "Hornsey Hardcore"
His bi-monthly 'Don't' club night in Dalston is entering it's 4th year and has built a strong following amongst true Techno lovers, with Jerome as its resident and amazing and well respected guests passing through every time.

London techno renegade @jeromehill is absolutely one of my favorite dance music producers / dj's. Although he made his name with techno, he is also equally versatile with electro, breaks, old skool rave, and more. His labels Don't, Super Rhythm Trax and Bleeper have been responsible for some of the finest dance tracks in recent years (in my opinion, of course!) and they are a must for anyone who likes to hear new reimaginings of old skool sounds, from jacking Chicago house to banging acid to Northern bleeps n' bass. So therefore I am very excited to drop this tribute mix, pulled together entirely on vinyl - I've managed to pull stuff from almost all of his back catalogue here. Enjoy!

From the need to contribute and relieve a little the social and economic problem that is currently being experienced in the country due to the emergency of COVID-19, From a Lost Place has brought together local and international artists who have joined the cause to, through music, try to help the most vulnerable. 100% of the money raised on Bandcamp will be donated in two parts: One for Santa Cruz del Islote, an artificial island located in the San Bernardo archipelago (Colombia) and considered one of the most populated islands in the world, which It sustains itself economically through tourism and now finds itself with a lack of food and medicine supplies. The other part will go to the Fundación Rediseñándonos, located in Bogotá and whose initiative is the reintegration of vulnerable people and street dwellers through weaving and clothing. Right now and due to the current situation, this home needs to stock up on food and raw materials to continue working for those who need it.

A partir de la necesidad de contribuir y aliviar un poco el problema social y económico que se está viviendo actualmente en Colombia debido a la emergencia del COVID-19, From a Lost Place ha reunido artistas locales e internacionales que se han sumado a la causa para, a través de la música, tratar de ayudar a los más vulnerables. El 100% del dinero recaudado en Bandcamp será donado en dos partes: Una para Santa Cruz del Islote, una isla artificial ubicada en el archipiélago de San Bernardo y considerada una de las islas más pobladas del mundo, la cual se sostiene económicamente por el turismo y ahora se encuentra con falta de abastecimiento de comida y medicamentos.
