They take root until we clear them out. With this dark/light fierce song, imagine yourself shaking off all of that negativity.  Love the skin you're in. Love the wholeness that you are. Love the idea that created you. Love yourself.

I wrote this song for a benefit compilation, curated by Keith and Holly Kenniff, called Disquiet. 

Disquiet is a benefit compilation of ambient artists, across three volumes, with 100% of the profits going to non-profits that support the environment, investigative journalism, women and minorities.
