German duo Stephan and Gretta met at a mutual friend’s pool party, where they immediately bonded over their shared passion for fun, enthusiastic music. They instantly began writing their first song together during the party...hence their nom de plume, The Pool Kids! Although Stephan resides in Berlin and Gretta lives with her grandmother in the Black Forest, they managed to follow a breadcrumb trail to the studio of Daniel Volpe, who produced "Heartbreak Hotline."
