Shattered

Bult performs a progressive metal/hardcore with equal parts explosive energy as finely tuned musicianship. On stage, Bult delivers a ferociously energetic live show that leaves you with the odd sensation of getting your head smacked and liking it.

The band has previously existed in various constellations, guitarist Martin Andreasson and drummer Cristian Sigurdson has been a part of Bult from the get go, but not until the year 2008, the Bult we know today took form. By recruiting the technical grindcore-bass player Filip Svensson, as well as the crust punk-vocalist Martin Brzezinski, Bult found their crushing sound.

Not Human

Bult from Gothenburg, Sweden, plays progressive alternative death metal. The band released their first EP in 2009 followed by a 10” split with Iamus and another EP, both released on the indie label HoboRec. Bult’s sound is brutal and energetic, something that also reflects in their live shows where merciless energy is released in combination with tight musicianship, which leaves no one unaffected. Bult is a bold live band who have performed many shows through the years, including two tours in Texas, US, and the SXSW festival in Austin. Bult have recently finished their first full length album which will be released in 2015.
