Great music from "down under" by Baxsta whose EP is a real melodic banger for the dancefloor. With great remixes from GBxCL and Marco Rossi, this 4th release will certainly hit the charts.

Bio:
From an early age, Melbourne based Baxsta would immerse himself in his musical interests. He always had an appreciation for a variety of sounds early in his childhood, such as Heavy Metal & Blues.

Electronic music soon caught his attention. After experimenting with a few different genres, he eventually found his niche in Techno. His swift mixing style and magnetic personality soon led him to gaining residency @Brownalley, for the infamous Sunny Side Up. Run by "Aussie Breaks" and local dance music icon Phil K @peaking.

He also does regular shows across Melbourne supporting many of his favourite local & international artists. Driven by his desire to constantly create and share his inspirations. Baxsta turned his attention to production and now has been in the Techno production game for several years.

His sound can be described as dark and melodic, while also being quite emotive through his atmospheric soundscapes and textures.

Mwamwa, aka Danz Maxine and known from past releases on Bunk3r R3cords, debutes with a 3-track EP with a style that can not be compared with releases from Danz Maxine. The last set of 2023 let's you experience the same style as his first release. Judge it yourself, we are already a huge fan!

Bio:
Mwamwa is self-discovery through music creation, a laboratory of unpredictable sound experimentation where complex patterns, generative synthesis techniques and asymmetrical structures would be present, as well as compositional resources, counterpoint and irregular time signatures; looking to achieve an ethereal style with Techno, Jungle and IDM predominance, but also exploring many other possibilities.

It is a space of resistance to everyday's vicissitudes and homologous hegemonic currents, a space of rebellion against predefined orders. It is the search for answers to anxious questions and the space for the necessary catharsis that avoids losing our sanity; 

it is a walk-through the innermost recesses of our thoughts and emotions: those that were oppressed and denied by the prevailing wave of positivity that society expects from us, those that we are not allowed to express outside the couch.

It is a crossing point between philosophy, art and science, which creates small moments of maximized reality that take us beyond the limits of our imagination. It’s a political statement for freedom.

The Brooklyn based artist has been making waves since his debut release on the seminal 
Hope Recordings back in 2020. He’s gone on the sign with a host of influential imprints, 
not least onedotsixtwo, Mango Alley and Pure Progressive. Drawing inspiration from the 
sounds of New York City legendary club scene, Mike's music is a unique blend of deep 
beats and soaring melodies. ​

Opening with ‘Exit’, tribal rhythms reminiscent of Satoshi Tomiie’s excellent Saw 
Recordings jump from the speaker with fresh appeal. Deep growling bass and spacious 
percussions draw you in to the rhythmic circus and enchant you with consummate ease. A 
solid mid set groover that’ll get the floor bouncing. ​

Next up, ‘Tunnel’ with its saw-toothed low end rattles the speakers from the off. Floaty 
pads keep the energy high in the breaks providing a moment of calm against the 
cavernous beats. ​
A tougher groove for the late floors, this one has some serious weight.

Bio:
An Australian who, on a trip years ago, ended up not leaving Argentina, played in some bands and eventually migrated to electronic music. Influenced by a lot of Psy Chill artists, the ´golden years´ of Trance and of course the many amazing House/Progressive/Tech producers and Djs all over the world.

The Mexican supertalent "Dmash" exposes himself again as a big player in the Techno scene. He delivers a 4-track EP in his own "Dmash" style. 

Dmash is a Mexican DJ/Producer whose work is composed of deep and hypnotic strong sounds, in addition to exhibiting different abstract colors. As a DJ, his sessions are deep and full of energy creating atmospheres that involve the public and transport them to another world. In 2009 he was invited to be part of the events "We Love Techno", considered as one of the best in Mexico City, as producer and promoter, playing at their parties and festivals with a unique style of Techno. 

It was in 2011 when his DJ sets were broadcasted on the radio station www.chorley.fm in Manchester (England) having a high impact with radio listeners.

[ASG BR230] Dmash - Donde El Tiempo Se Pierde EP Preview

For this release we have our Canadian top producer "Sötét" with his 2nd EP on Bunk3r R3cords. After the success of his first EP, he will definitely hit the charts again with these 2 energetic tracks that should be played at every festival.

Bio:
Rapidly emerging into the Toronto Music Scene from a young age, Tristan was able to hone his DJ skills before immersing himself into production. After several releases from his Dubstep alias “Archon” he began focusing on new projects. Under his current alias “Sötét”, Tristan launched a streaming channel via Twitch, frequently exhibiting House and Techno sets. 

From here, Tristan quickly expanded his skill set. Incorporating contemporary equipment and old school synthesizers, it became integral to his progression as a Producer. Tristan began experimenting with sounds which portray menacing and dark atmospheric tones. This is often displayed in many of his tracks today.

Shevchenko Marat aka Mario Kassar has a musical education and plays piano and violin. He also completed the sound engineering course and he's also a well-known Dj/Producer from Ukraine. He also wrote tracks for great brands such as Armani, Dior and Ducati.

Kymatica/Syafka was inspired by the early electronic sounds of Detroit and Chicago and later the German underground Techno sounds of Berghain and Tresor. He's ever evolving and remaining open to new sounds and emergent technology. The only thing that remains constant is a passion and utter devotion to electronic music. 

At this point in time you’ll find him honing a ghostly and sketchy Techno blueprint that fuses shuffling drums with eerie synthesis, snatched vocals-as-instruments and strains of Detroit and Chicago classicism.
