USA-based artist "Roman Avan" presents his first solo release on Bunk3r R3cords. The track "Affectus Tenebris" is a very strong melodic production with deep kicks and a real oldskool sound. "MOTOG" and "Univrz", 2 new artists on our label, show their talented skills and produce 2 big remixes. 

Bio:
Roman Avan (Roman Avanesyan) is a producer based in Los Angeles, California. Roman transformed his musical background in piano and cello to a deep passion for electronic music – especially Techno, Melodic Techno and Tech House genres. Although these are Roman’s primary genres his audience often gets surprised with his new creations in Electronic and Electronic New Age genres as well. 

The name Roman Avan may not yet be familiar to a great many music enthusiasts, perhaps not even to those who prioritize electronic music above all other genres. Operating largely under the radar, but with an impressive amount of great tunes under his belt, he shows across his tracks, to be an extremely capable craftsman. Roman started producing in 2018 and he turned his musical inspiration, taken from artists such as Boris Brejcha, Acid Pauli, Carl Cox and Charlotte de Witte into euphoric electronic transcendence. Roman’s releases often stretch skillfully beyond four-to-the-floor Techno. He is capable of integrating expansive cinematic interludes and exotic ambient into highly strung club beats. 

His tracks are distinct in sound, energetic but never overpowering. The implementation of effects into Roman Avan’s music is frequent and eclectic to say the least. It all makes for a wonderful marriage of sound and melody, punctuated by ground-shaking urgent bass and melodic pockets throughout.

[ASG BR169] Roman Avan - Affectus Tenebris EP Preview

Release 170 already and this one is for the most loyal artist of Bunk3r R3cords, Hugo Rienzi. This artist is so versatile in his productions that every release is different and shows a different side of this great Belgian talent.

Bio:
Hugo Rienzi (aka Squadrum or Ken Young), from Bruges (Belgium), started mixing Techno music at 16 years old. Driven by the darker sounds of underground Techno, Hugo comes up with an unique style of music which fits perfectly in the modern underground music scene. His main ingredients in all of his tracks and mixes are crispy percussions combined with clean smashing kicks and dirty filtered synths. In 2004 he moved to Spain where he learned some skills from older local talents. 

Once back in the cold Belgium he formed a Techno-duo, named Squadrum. Progressions didn't work out as expected and after 2 years he decided to change his name in Hugo Rienzi, named after his grandpa and his favoured masterwork of Wagner. 

Last years he released some groovy Tech-house and Techno bombs. We can expect a lot more coming up soon at the music stores.

[ASG BR170] Hugo Rienzi - Auto Instinct EP Preview

UMIIN makes his debut on Bunk3r R3cords with a classy track full of energy, nice driving synths and rave sounds. Danz Maxine is remixer on duty and we know that he only delivers top quality Techno so this EP is meant to hit the dancefloors.

Bio:
Michele Urbano was born in the city of Herne in 1982. Since he was twelve years old he dedicated himself to listening to Electro, Techno and House music, developing a lasting passion for this kind of music and for bands like Kraftwerk, Alan Parsons Project, Depeche Mode, Chemical Brothers, Daft Punk, Moby and Dj/Producers such as Satoshi Tomiie, Sven Vath, Mandy, Layo & Bushwacka, Mirwais and many other artists belonging to the Electro music scene. 

In 1987 he moved to Italy and since 1998 he put into action this passion working as a DJ (adopting UMIIN as pseudonym) at private parties and in dancing clubs of the Marche and Abruzzo’s Riviera. He also cooperated as DJ with many rock bands, taking part in many concerts and opening events for bands like Pancreas and Après la Classe. In these latest years he improves his electronic sounds by 
mixing and producing techniques and more heterogeneous experiences that lead him to face different types of music.

[ASG BR173] UMIIN - Centaur EP Preview

The 4th podcast is for the Mexican artist "Rodrigo Corona". Pretty soon he will release his very first EP on Bunk3r R3cords and in this set you can already "taste" the Techno that he will bring to Bunk3r R3cords.

Bio:
Rodrigo Corona begins his career as a DJ in 2017, playing at local parties, becoming known for his dark style which is distinguished by his prolific experience in forming textures and melodies in dark patterns, as well as in creating different environments for each of its releases.

At the beginning of 2020 he begins his record label with his partner Emmanuel Ocampo (Madem) which they name KPLR Label.
