"I made this track in the middle of a pandemic, which oddly enough is when I actually found true love. A time when others felt isolated and alone. I felt solace for others who were lonely in their homes with limited human connection. I wanted to give people a reason to find hope through a dire time. Even in the darkness, you can find light if you just let the music guide you. When I was an intern at a studio in Chicago I always loved the vibe that came from getting artists together. When you get a bunch of creative minds in one space, it's like magick. Now through the internet, we have the ability to connect with one another, which is truly beautiful. This was my best attempt at recreating the studio vibe. I spend a lot of time on the phone with my artists trying to understand their creative process. I don’t tell them how to create, I just let their soul do the talking so that our end result is 100."

Welcome to the 21ST label release for @PuzzleProjectsMusic brought to us by Mexican 🇲🇽 producer Dan Ros.

Incoming… Yep, it’s another fresh release from PuzzleProjectsMusic, a label that is now fully hitting its stride with an impressive catalogue of EPs and singles from a dedicated family of talented producers. Label head @BenSpaldingOfficial has been investing his time and energy into cultivating a platform that represents his outlook; supporting and nurturing up and coming talent while pushing the boundaries of club music. Dan Ros is a Mexican native who is starting to make waves across the nation, thanks to his penchant for tech house rollers and innate talent. 

‘Do It Again’ features a dense low end, with equally chunky beats, shuffling percussion,and minimalist composition that really emphasises the beats and bass. A hip-hop sample adds character, but this cut is all about keeping the dance floor engaged and pumped full of energy. 

As the tune develops, Dan introduces a jaunty organ melody that counterposes its darker elements. Merging these upbeat sounds with the undulating b-line and heavyweight beats results in a balanced track that will entrance the dance floor faithful from start to end.

An ideal weapon for those twilight hours when the rave has descended into uninhibited hedonism.

Keep firmly watching Dan Ros, his upcoming material to be released over the coming 12 months is superb.
