Prepping your home for sale (tip set #1)

I was raised in Stafford County, VA, graduating from Brooke Point High School in 2001 (Go Black Hawks!).  After I graduated, I entered the United States Army, where I served 8 years.  I was fortunate to have assignments of all levels, from the Line Units of Fort Hood, Texas, to the Special Missions Unit, White House Communications Agency in Washington D.C. I worked in the private sector providing support for the federal government as a contractor on various different projects.

My passion is always people, and how I can serve them.  I have found my capabilities were best suited providing unmatched support in sales transactions of all kinds.  I spent time searching out the best and brightest, leaders in both the real estate as well as auction vehicles, and I'm glad to say, I'm partnered with both.  I'm a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA®), a designation with the National Association of Realtors.  I'm a graduate of the Moseley School of Real Estate, as well as a graduate of the World Wide College of Auctioneering.
