As a former professional DJ, he decided to leave the job of playing other peoples' recordings and continue with the focus of writing, recording, touring with bands, and supporting the live local music scene in Memphis. The outcome is a variety of recordings and adventures which feature him on vocals, bass, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, lap steel guitar, synthesizer, & Cherokee flute.
