BURNING BROOKLYN are a 4 piece band from Brisbane, QLD. The band formed in the late stages of 2008 and played their debut show in December, 2008. The band has an average age of 22. 

In August 2009 Burning Brooklyn released their debut EP ‘Where The Heart Stops’ and promoted it with an 18 date Australian tour. The song ‘Half Past Easy’ placed in the top 10 of the Q Song Awards. Burning Brooklyn have played in support of international acts Haste The Day, Blessed By A Broken Heart, Fear Before and national acts Amy Meredith, Angelas Dish and Tonight Alive. 

2010 saw the release of a digital 3 track EP entitled ‘Time Will Tell’. In January 2011 Burning Brooklyn will embark on their second national tour, followed by supporting Ben Jorgensen of Armor For Sleep on his solo tour.
