Long lost Pink Floyd track? Not exactly. Just a smooth, acoustic dirge, that eventyually picks up and gets all soundtrack-y. Dark, yet upbeat. 

GILMOUR'S TROUBLED WATERS (FLOYDIAN SLIP)

This is a remix of the original made by Henry Mancini, from the film of the same name. In our childhood, we heard this song weekly as it was used as the opening for WGN channel 9 in Chicago's "Creature Feature." Always loved it and in no way claim responsibility for it's genius. I did, however, add a sultry sax line that oozes in, then oozes out. Still spooky..we tried to retain that ghoulish, creepy, crawly sound. Hope we did it justice. ;)

EXPERIMENT IN TERROR

Most who grew up with me, know me as a prog- metal drummer. That's why this slow groovin'  chill zone is a real stretch from my roots. But I'm finding I really love building songs through layers and moods. Taking new approaches means I'm growing. I apologize if absorbing the dark, minor chord progressions make your blood run cold..it just feels so right. :)

BEHIND THE DOOR

That Pied Piper of Hamelin..He was a shifty one..Then again, I suppose when a whole town wants to screw you over..you find ways to get even. Take notice of this shifting and beautiful blend of dance, trance and fantasy combined with dynamic flair..This is rich..filled with nice loops, scratches and suspense.

A moving little ditty with screaming anthemic choruses while a spooky electro beat drives the verses fervor.  Dark, upbeat, pulsing rhythm with a nice, smooth groove.

LIL MORPHIN' ANNIE

A sequel to our 1st video, "Monster's Ball." This is a raucous romp with lots of twists and turns. A thumping dance beat throughout.

DANCE OF THE DEAD (MONSTERS BALL 2)

Another constructed piece made from the Korg and engulfed in electro beat change-ups spun by ghouls in the night.

CRYSTAL BAZAAR (SANTANA MIX)

A dark, pulsating beat keeps you strapped in while electro synth rhythms engulf this hard to classify piece. A bit of everything to keep your curiosity at peak position. Fans of Aphex Twin, Frontline Assembly, Front 242, Nitzer Ebb should be more than content; the irregular shifting of beats will speak to new fans.

CRYSTAL BAZAAR

A great Dark dance track for fans of older EDM like Nitzer Ebb, Delerium, Skinny Puppy, etc. Great bone crunching back beat, while synths, keytars and orchestral passages reverberate throughout this epic industrial number. Sound bytes supply the only vocals you'll need. (Singers are over-rated.) Who you gonna call? Listen and find out!

FRIGHT CLUB

This one is difficult to classify. Putting songs into categories for Burtons' Nightmare is futile. We blend so many styles into this one, it's like putting all the styles of music in a blender and hitting the switch. Very much like Carl Stalling, music director for Warner Brothers and Bugs Bunny cartoons. But put a little "Transylvania Twist" in it, and you have this little number. Dance-able, like good old fashioned Industrial, but a multi-cultural tapestry weaves it all together. For fans of everything..but who have A.D.H.D. (like us)

MAESTRO SAMPLER

A trilogy of baroque inspired movements. The first being a dreamlike passage that wafts in between a friendly greeting.  The second bursts into a traditional baroque beat with added synths and crunch to give it a no nonsense rhythm. It soon breaks into the third part where a fun and frenetic duel between Orgel and Keytar completes the piece. Epic fun.

BAROQUEN PIECES

A tribute to Colin Clive and his wonderful vision. James Whale really deserves the credit. This was inspired by both "Frankenstein" movies. Electronic thumps and thuds...fuzzy lab equipment simmers and shapes this upbeat anthem into a grandiose show tune.  Elfman-like circus choruses really bring back visions of Boingo or better yet, Beetlejuice. Check out the video too on YouTube here:

1. IT'S ALIVE!

Somehow, this one didn't get uploaded when I put up the rest.  Maybe we were re-working the production a little? Anyway, Sorry! This is part of the newest album, "Fright Club" too. It's a quick number, Fast frightening funk beat, that rolls along while Sally let's you know, how restless she is. Doc isn't having any of it, but will she listen? She's not ready for so much excitement! (Oh, yes she is..)
