Self-Care is a term that we are all familiar with and have very personal practices around. We know it's vital for a healthy, vibrant life. 
In this episode, we share how we take care of ourselves in the most general ways (exercise, eating well, etc) but the real discussion revolves around how we take care of ourselves emotionally & spiritually.

In this episode we share our favorite treatments that we use to heal, and empower, ourselves, with or without modern medicine techniques.  Our discussion includes essential oils, tinctures, positive self-talk, what we eat and more.
