Butta is a young emerging hip-hop artist, fashion designer, and CEO, of independent label F.Y.E Records. Born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Butta currently performs at a variety of venues throughout the Southeast. This 22 year old entrepreneur also mentors and produces other up-and-coming artists. A big believer in striving for the top, Butta's style is described as “a 90’s sound, blended in with the music of our time today”. Her influences include a variety of artists such as Nas, TI, Jay-Z and Carolina native J. Cole. Butta's overall goal is to introduce the rap game to a southern female lyricist, with a sound that has never before been duplicated. 

Butta launched her first EP "Bread & Butta" April 2015 and just recently released the official video for "No Lie", a single off of the "Bread & Butta" EP. Butta plans to release her first debut mixtape this Summer 2016.
