With releases on Skalator Music, Omni Music, In Reach, LW Recordings, Offworld Recordings, Audio Theory, and on his own imprint, J Plates has been a prolific and an active force in the scene for quite some time. You can spot J Plates’s influences on his approach to make music, such as that old school 90’s vibe that every junglist identify with, rich atmospheric character, a more nostalgic and musical sound within the Drum & Bass and Electronic Music spectrums influence, and recognised sonic qualities.

For this Release, J Plates presents us with his special touch and all those elements that characterize his work, pushing his own boundaries further to a more deep and dark approach, with broken beats, amen breaks, and dark reeses & atmospheres that suit the label’s ethos and path and we have invited PH42E, 4 5 1 F and Archive to get their hands dirty with it.
