Egothermia Records announced on their Facebook site (https://www.facebook.com/Egothermia/) suspension of operation in March 2024 followed by notice of closure and bankruptcy in September 2024. As stipulated in the signed artist agreement with Egothermia Records, in case of bankruptcy of Licensee (the label), all rights to and in the Masters will automatically and directly return to the Licensor (the artist).
